The Campaign
We worked with Barneys Warehouse in developing a new brand platform that we activated through all digital touch points: email, online ads, web and social media.

The Challenges
Barneys Warehouse wanted to build a website which would provide a convenient way for their customers to shop the latest discounted fashions. They were looking to update the User Experience and site navigation along with giving the site a new fresh 'look and feel'.
The solution
Several navigation and category naming conventions were presented to drive the direction of the sites overall usability. Category landing pages, detail pages and filtering were all improved to enhance the shop ability of the site.
The impact
Barneys experienced a noticable improvement in the shopping cart abandonment figures along with longer site visits.
With brand awareness and sales serving as primary objectives, the campaign delivered in a big way. In a tough year for retail growth in the US, when competitors had flat and even declining awareness and sales measures, Barney's made significant strides.
